I provide a free 20 minute telephone or online consultation or a 50 minute in person, reduced fee (£40) Introductory session to see if we feel the right fit for each other – meaning do you feel comfortable with me and can I help you with the  issue for which you are seeking therapy? 

 Counselling sessions usually last 50 minutes. There are no fixed number of sessions as we will review this as we work together.

 

My fees are £55 per session

Coaching sessions usually last 60-90 mins and are scheduled by agreement

My fees are £65 per hour

My therapy room is in West End, Southampton.  Parking is available.
