I provide a free 20 minute telephone or online initial consultation to see if we feel the right fit for each other – meaning do you feel comfortable with me and can I help you with the  issue for which you are seeking therapy? 

 Counselling sessions usually last 50 minutes. I normally begin by offering a  series of six weekly sessions to be reviewed as we work together.

 

My fees are £50 per session

Coaching sessions usually last 60-90 mins and are scheduled by agreement

My fees are £60 per hour

Payment for each session to be received by bank transfer before session or by cash or card during the session.

My therapy room is in West End, Southampton.  Parking is available.
