Depression

I will work with you to understand the cause of your individual symptoms and ways to improve the enjoyment you gain from life and relationships.

Trauma

I will provide you with a safe space to identify the impact of your traumatic experience, establish resources to help manage the symptoms and look at ways to integrate your experience into your future life.

Includes post traumatic stress disorder.

Bereavement

I will provide you with an empathic space to identify the impact of your loss, express your grief and build hope for your future.

Sexual abuse

I will provide you with a safe space to deal with the impact of the experience on your life and relationships, identifying strategies to help you cope now and in the future.

Difficulties at work

I will provide a safe space for you to express your situation without fear of repercussions. We will explore the impact it is having on you, consider your responses to the situation, identify coping strategies for now and look at your choices for the future.

Anxiety

I will work with you to identify the origins of your anxious beliefs and help to manage the symptoms. Including:

  • Generalised anxiety disorder 

  • Panic disorder

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder 

  • Phobias

  • Social anxiety

Self-Esteem

I will work with you to understand the cause of your current view of self, establishing ways to develop your self-esteem and feel content with who you are.

Domestic Abuse

I will support you whether you are currently experiencing or a survivor of domestic abuse, to process the experience and identify how to move forward in the direction you choose.

Self-harm

 I will  work with you to identify the source of the emotional pain, which is leading you to self-harm. I can then help you to develop strategies to manage and reduce that emotional pain.

Life changing events

I will work with you to identify what it is that is troubling you and why, however big or small it may seem.
Enabling you to explore and understand your emotions, reduce your anxiety and establish future coping strategies.

Stress

I will work with you to understand and explore the cause of your stress, identifying any alternative perspectives about your ability to cope and find  solutions that will help you better manage the stress.
